Today, we’re shipping a brand-new, well-structured interface for creating campaigns. We now open each step of the campaign creation process in a popup, which makes it easier to navigate between steps and to understand the flow of the campaign, and show you helpful hints when a step is incomplete.

Fixes & improvements

  • Users can now manually overwrite the AI’s reply classification and regenerate response messages for better control over conversations.
  • We added a status page that allows users to monitor the health and uptime of all FirstQuadrant services.
  • The campaign creation process now requires users to specify an email subject before proceeding to the next training step.
  • The system now automatically checks and flags bounced emails to maintain clean contact lists.
  • We implemented domain verification checks to ensure proper email delivery and sender authentication.
