Mailbox and calendar setup
Adding mailboxes and calendars
FirstQuadrant enables seamless integration of unlimited mailboxes for your sales communications. We recommend connecting your primary mailbox and any additional mailboxes you plan to use for email campaigns. Since each mailbox requires assignment to a team member, make sure to add all relevant team members before proceeding.
Step 1: Add FirstQuadrant as a trusted app in Google Workspace
To connect mailboxes and calendars, first add FirstQuadrant as a trusted third-party app:
- Open Google Workspace Admin (requires Super-admin access)
- Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls
- Select “Manage third-party app access”
- Click “Configure new app”
- Enter the FirstQuadrant App ID to search:
- In the configuration:
- Under Scope: Choose All
- For Access to Google Data: Select Trusted
Step 2: Connect your mailboxes
After authorizing FirstQuadrant, connect your mailboxes:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Mailboxes in FirstQuadrant
- Click “Connect mailbox”
- Choose Google Workspace
- Complete the connection and assign the mailbox to the appropriate team member
Step 3: Set up calendar integration
Link team calendars to enable automated scheduling:
