Autopilot preview

Today, we’re launching Autopilot to fully automate your outbound campaigns. After you have manually approved a minimum number of messages, Autopilot will take over and send messages on your behalf by automatically approving newly generated messages. You can track your progress towards enabling Autopilot on the Campaigns page and enable it when you’re ready.

Autopilot is currently in preview. To try it out, go to Settings -> Feature preview and enable “Autopilot”. Once enabled, you will see the option to turn on Autopilot after clicking on a campaign when the AI is fully trained for each message category.

Fixes & improvements

  • We launched a new and improved interface that makes it easier to modify campaign settings after creating a campaign.
  • Users can now select specific sending windows for each day of the week when scheduling campaigns for more granular control over message timing.
  • We improved our system’s ability to detect automated incoming replies, such as bounce notifications and out-of-office responses.
  • When FirstQuadrant cannot automatically classify an incoming reply, users can now manually generate appropriate responses.
  • The application now only allows selecting and copying relevant text content instead of UI elements for a better user experience.
  • We fixed a UI issue where the context panel’s layout would scroll incorrectly when the main view contained scrollable content.
  • We resolved an issue where generating a new lead during the training phase would sometimes incorrectly select a previously generated lead.
