Segment audiences

Today, we’re announcing the launch of segmenting audiences. When creating a new campaign, you can select the “Segment” option to create a new audience based on a segment of an existing audience. You can segment your audience based on qualification criteria - for example, funneling unqualified contacts to a different campaign to send them a separate email sequence. You can even create a chain of segmented campaigns to progressively qualify your audience further with each campaign and deliver more targeted emails.
Fixes & improvements
- We added automated generation of shorter titles for qualifying questions to make them more readable when previewing qualification criteria.
- We added support for skipping specific rows using transformers in Integrate-type campaigns for more flexible data processing.
- Users can now upgrade and downgrade their subscriptions directly from the Settings -> Billing page.
- We updated several system dependencies to their latest versions to improve security and performance.
- We fixed a bug where AI-generated emails sometimes incorrectly included a note about attachments when none were present.
- We redesigned the pricing page to include a “Contact sales” button for the Enterprise plan to better serve larger customers.
