AI prospecting (preview)

AI prospecting is a new feature that uses artificial intelligence to help you find relevant leads that match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). After you select an audience using traditional filters (e.g., Founders of Series A startups in the Marketing industry headquartered in San Francisco), you can ask custom questions like “Is this company remote work-friendly?” or “Is this company funded by Y Combinator?” and your prospects will be filtered to match your criteria.
AI prospecting is currently in preview. To try it out, go to Settings -> Feature preview and enable “AI prospecting”. Once enabled, you will see new AI prospecting features when you create or edit a campaign under the “Audience” section.
Fixes & improvements
- Users can now select and copy text from preview emails during the campaign training process.
- We improved the accuracy of enriched company data by implementing multiple web search queries to find the best matching information.
- Fixed an issue where newly added email domains were not properly configured with DMARC records for email authentication.
- Fixed a bug where out-of-office auto-replies weren’t correctly updating the recipient information in follow-up messages.
- Fixed an issue where template variables sometimes included unnecessary quotation marks when being replaced in training messages.
- Updated our email reply parsing system to better handle responses from various email client formats.
- Enhanced suppression lists to now accept both email addresses and LinkedIn profile URLs for better contact management.
- Improved campaign performance by increasing the frequency of scheduled message generation in background processes.
- Updated campaign status logic to only mark campaigns as “Exhausted” after confirming all messages have been sent.
- Enhanced training message previews in active campaigns by utilizing data from previously prospected contacts for more accurate examples.
