Activity updates
Week 52, 2024 — December 23 to January 5
Managing your sales activities just got significantly more powerful. You can now undo activity updates, giving you better control when tracking changes in deal stages. The activity timeline has been redesigned to show more detailed information about each interaction, including the reasoning behind AI decisions and better formatting for task-related activities.
The new activity system also includes optimistic updates, so when you delete contacts or update activities, the interface responds immediately while the changes are processed in the background.

- Enhanced the draft email form to show or hide the subject field based on whether you’ve created previous drafts
- Added bulk contact management with a new dropdown menu for deleting multiple contacts at once

- Fixed an issue where some calendar events weren’t being processed correctly when participants were missing
- Resolved problems with contact synchronization that could cause duplicate entries
- Fixed email classification accuracy to better identify and categorize incoming messages
