Improved HubSpot integration
July 29, 2024
We shipped our HubSpot integration in preview in May 2024 and in general availability in June 2024. Since then, we’ve been working on improving the integration based on your feedback. This week, we’ve added support for HubSpot contact assignment and suppression via custom fields. You can now map users from your team in FirstQuadrant to owners in your HubSpot account so synced contacts can be assigned to the right team member.
You can also set up custom fields in HubSpot to suppress contacts from campaigns in FirstQuadrant. For example, you can suppress contacts with a specific status or those who are part of another active campaign, instead of suppressing all contacts from your CRM.
We hope these improvements make it easier for you to manage your contacts and campaigns across platforms. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please let us know!
