We’ve significantly improved how FirstQuadrant handles contact processing and email management. You can now manually trigger contact processing with a new regenerate button in the contact activity bar, giving you more control over when contacts are analyzed and updated. The system also better handles contacts from different sources, including those added manually and through integrations.

Processing status tracking

Actions now display a “processing” status when FirstQuadrant is actively working on them, giving you better visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes. You’ll see real-time updates as the system processes your contacts and generates responses.
