Quality of life improvements

For the next few weeks, we’ll be focusing on improving the quality of life for our users by adding some small, most-requested features and squashing bugs. This week, we’ve made a few improvements to the AI training process, and we’ve also made it easier to manage your team’s users.

  • Fixed a bug where keyboard shortcuts for form submission would remain active during form loading states.
  • Fixed inconsistent spacing issues in the context panel when certain data fields were empty.
  • Improved performance when standardizing company names by efficiently removing common suffixes like “Inc.” and “LLC”.
  • Removed automatic goal event creation for deleted conversations to keep analytics accurate.
  • Added ability to delete single-message conversation threads for better conversation management.
  • Improved data hygiene by automatically removing associated AI training data when generated messages are deleted.
  • Added automated welcome emails for new team members to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Enhanced CSV upload error handling by displaying specific line numbers where errors occur.
  • Improved conversation flow by automatically unscheduling pending messages once a reply is received.
  • Added fallback to team timezone settings when a lead’s timezone cannot be determined to ensure proper message timing.
