CRM forwarding
February 12, 2024
We’ve been thinking about how to make it easier for you to manage your FirstQuadrant leads in your existing CRM. As a first step, we’ve added the ability to forward all emails to your CRM. This is an easy way to keep your CRM up to date with the latest information about all your prospects. FirstQuadrant now lets you add BCC email addresses which are added to all outgoing emails, and forwarding addresses where all incoming emails are forwarded. You can add these addresses in Settings -> Campaigns, and you can add as many addresses as you like.
Fixes & improvements
- We made the campaign training process faster by prospecting more contacts in the background while you train.
- We added a new view that lets you check the status of each row in a CSV import to better track import progress.
- We added validation checks to ensure that role-based emails (like info@ or sales@) are not contacted in campaigns.
- Campaigns are now automatically marked as “Exhausted” when no more contacts are available to reach out to.
- We renamed the “Start campaign” button to “Update campaign” when modifying settings of a running campaign for clarity.
- Campaigns with a reply goal now only mark contacts as “won” when they receive a positive reply, not for negative, error, or out-of-office responses.
- The system no longer reaches out to referred contacts from out-of-office or forwarded replies if they are already in an active campaign.
- When regenerating a response to a “More information requested” reply, the system now includes answers to the specific questions that were asked.
- We fixed a bug where follow-up messages would sometimes address the wrong person when someone new was referred in an out-of-office reply.
- We fixed a bug where messages from other campaigns would sometimes incorrectly appear in a thread when multiple campaigns contacted the same person.
- We fixed a display error where one of the bar charts in the Analytics page was not rendering correctly.
