You can now manage tasks directly from the contact activity timeline. Each task now includes a dropdown menu with options to reopen completed tasks, delete tasks you no longer need, and copy task details in JSON format for external use. This makes it easier to keep your contact activities organized and take action on important follow-ups without leaving the contact view.

Data region selection

Choose where your FirstQuadrant data is stored with our new data region selector. You can now select between US and EU regions from your workspace settings, giving you control over data residency to meet your compliance requirements. The region selector includes flag icons to make it easy to identify your current selection.
